Please Note: This is not a booking form. We will contact you to confirm the availability of the property you have enquired about and to answer any queries you may have. You may then provisionally reserve a property and we will send you a booking form and a copy of our terms and conditions which must be signed and returned to us prior to our definitive acceptance of any booking.

Booking Information
All arrivals and departures are on Saturday. In July and August bookings should be a minimum of two weeks, although one week bookings will be accepted when available between fornightly occupancy. To secure a booking we require a 20% (non-refundable) deposit on the total accommodation cost. We would advise you, at this stage, to take out travel insurance to cover cancellation. The balance is due 12 weeks before arrival, when we also require a refundable damage deposit.
